Nangong Nayue's voice was unhurried, carrying a convincing composure.
"After all, Qingwu is a spirit body from the Moon Palace, which can double a man's cultivation. The stronger she is, the greater the benefit she will be to Yin Tiande, and the more Yin Tiande will be unable to live without her."
She paused, her gaze sweeping over the faces of the five elders.
"The more secure the marriage becomes, the more stable it will be."
The meeting room fell silent for a few moments.
then,
That makes sense.
Wu Qing was the first to nod, and the hesitation on his face subsided considerably.
"The Holy Lord is right."
Li Qiutang nodded as well.
"Perhaps we can agree."
Shatang's voice softened considerably.
"Yes, yes, yes."
Mo Lan nodded, a rare occurrence, and a hint of relaxation appeared on her usually icy face.
"I agree."
Shi Qinglian leaned back lazily in her chair, a slight smile playing on her lips.
All five elders expressed their agreement and agreed to invest in Yi Qingwu.
Nangong Nayue smiled with satisfaction upon seeing the result.
As the Holy Lord, she could certainly make the decision directly. But these five elders were the true pillars of the Guanghan Palace, each a powerful being at the Sendai Realm, a being at the half-step powerful level.
Their opinions are very important.
"In that case..."
Nangong Nayue stood up, her movements elegant and composed, her moon-white dress shimmering softly in the candlelight.
"Let's assign Jade Bee Pool to Qingwu. Send ten million catties of source stones to Jade Bee Pool as well."
"I'll deliver ten million catties of Origin Stones."
Wu Qing volunteered, his eyes, which had weathered two hundred years of trials, now brimming with expectations for the younger generation.
"Then I'll go activate the Jade Bee Pool."
Li Qiutang also stood up, a smile on her heroic face.
"Let's go help too."
The other three elders, Sha Tang, Mo Lan, and Shi Qinglian, also spoke up, expressing their willingness to help open the Jade Bee Pool.
Nangong Nayue smiled and bowed to the five elders.
"Then I'll have to trouble the five elders."
"It's no trouble at all."
The five elders answered in unison, their faces beaming with genuine smiles.
"Everything is for the sake of Guanghan Palace. Qingwu is the future of Guanghan Palace."
"In that case, I'll go back and have Qingwu prepare to move to Jade Bee Pond."
Nangong Nayue bid farewell to the five elders and turned to leave the conference room.
The five elders then went about their respective tasks and left the meeting room.
Wu Qing went to the warehouse to retrieve source stones, Li Qiutang went to activate the restrictions on the Jade Bee Pool, and Sha Tang, Mo Lan, and Shi Qinglian went to prepare to activate the array of the Jade Bee Pool.
Everything is proceeding smoothly.
Nangong Nayue walked through the corridor, past the laurel grove, and arrived at Yi Qingwu's courtyard.
The courtyard wasn't large, but it was exquisite. Vines climbed all over the walls, blooming with tiny white flowers. Under the laurel tree was a small pond with a few koi fish lazily basking in the sun.
Nangong Nayue walked into the courtyard and came to the door.
The door was tightly shut.
She raised her hand and knocked on the door.
"Light Dance".
Her voice wasn't loud, but it echoed clearly in the courtyard.
"The elders have granted your request. Pack your things and move to Jade Bee Pool. You will begin your cultivation there."
There was a moment of silence inside the door.
Then came Yi Qingwu's voice, which sounded somewhat hurried and flustered.
"Master, please wait a moment, I am changing my clothes."
Nangong Nayue's brows twitched slightly.
Changing clothes?
Why would you wear clothes in broad daylight?
But she didn't think much of it and didn't push the door open to go in.
Her disciple had her own privacy, and she, as the master, knew that.
She stood there at the door, waiting quietly.
The wind rustled through the laurel grove. A few laurel petals drifted down onto her shoulder, their moon-white petals blending seamlessly with her moon-white long dress, making it impossible to distinguish between flower and garment.
After a while, the door opened.
Yi Qingwu stood at the door, slightly out of breath, her face flushed, the blush spreading from her cheeks to her ears, and even her neck was tinged with a light pink.
Her hair was a little messy, with a few stray strands sticking to the side of her face, and the neckline of her clothes was slightly open, revealing a small section of her delicate collarbone.
Nangong Nayue frowned slightly as she looked at her disciple's appearance.
But she quickly relaxed, replaced by a sense of understanding.
"You silly child..."
Nangong Nayue's voice carried a hint of helplessness, a hint of doting, and a hint of knowing "I understand".
"Why are you here again...?"
She paused, seemingly considering her words.
"That's it."
Yi Qingwu's face turned even redder, so red it looked like it was about to bleed.
"Girls should be more reserved."
Nangong Nayue didn't say it explicitly, but Yi Qingwu understood.
The master thought she was alone in the room...
Mining.
Yi Qingwu cursed Ye Feng, that bastard, a thousand times in her heart.
Blame him!
It's all that bastard's fault!
If he hadn't been touching her inappropriately in the room just now, would her master have mistaken her for someone mining alone?
"Understood, Master."
Yi Qingwu lowered her head, her voice so soft it was like a mosquito's buzz, and the blush on her face wouldn't go away.
Nangong Nayue couldn't help but chuckle as she looked at her shy expression.
She understands.
The disciples of Guanghan Palace are all girls, and it's normal for girls in their adolescence to be a little restless.
It's not a big deal to secretly mine occasionally.
When she was young, she also...
Stop.
Nangong Nayue quickly dismissed the thought, but the knowing smile on her face didn't disappear.
"Alright, get ready. Then come with me to Jade Bee Pool."
"Yes, Master."
Yi Qingwu nodded and turned to go back to her room.
in the room.
Ye Feng was lying on the bed, propping his head up with one hand, looking like he was waiting for him to come back and continue.
Seeing Yi Qingwu come in, he reached out, wanting to pull her into his arms.
"Stop fooling around."
Yi Qingwu dodged his hand by turning to the side. The blush on her face had not yet faded, but her voice had regained some of its composure.
"My master has granted my request. I am now heading to Jade Bee Pool."
As she spoke, she took out several changes of clothes from the closet and some rouge and powder from the dressing table, stuffing them all into her storage bag.
They moved quickly and efficiently, clearly someone who travels frequently.
"Find an opportunity to follow me."
She said without turning her head, her tone as casual as if she were asking, "Have you eaten today?"
Ye Feng watched her busy figure, and the corners of his mouth slowly turned up.
This woman is increasingly acting like one of our own.
"OK."
He responded lazily, lay back down on the bed, put his hands behind his head, and stared blankly at the gauze curtains above him.
After packing her things, Yi Qingwu turned around and glanced at him.
That bastard just lay there on the bed, looking like he didn't want to move, which made her grit her teeth in frustration.
But she didn't have time to waste with him; her master was still waiting outside.
She took a deep breath, turned around, and left the room.
The moment the door closed behind her, she heard a soft, laughing sound coming from inside the room.
"Go ahead, I'll catch up soon."
Yi Qingwu paused for a moment, then quickly walked towards the courtyard gate.
Her master was standing under the laurel tree waiting for her. Her moon-white dress swayed gently in the breeze, and sunlight filtered through the leaves of the laurel tree, casting dappled shadows on the ground.
"Let's go."
Nangong Nayue glanced at Yi Qingwu, her gaze lingering on her face for a moment, before turning and walking out of the courtyard.
Yi Qingwu followed her master out of the courtyard.
