But when Ethan finally spoke to tell them the reason why he had gathered all of them for an emergency meeting, their eyes widened in shock.

"Lily has been kidnapped by Progenitors," Ethan said. "And an hour from now, I will be leaving the academy to head to Atlantis with Emma and Lilith."

He then explained the reason why he was only taking Emma and Lilith with him.

"I'm currently unable to use magic because I have returned Nicole's Origin Magic Crystal to her," Ethan said as he glanced at Nicole, who was sleeping on his bed. "And Emma holds the key that will help me fully activate my own Origin Magic Crystal, allowing me to use the Bloodline Magic that belongs to the Valentin Family."

His lovers knew that Ethan had not made love with the others due to special circumstances regarding the Progenitors, who could threaten his life.

Now that Ethan was no longer hesitating to regain his powers, it only meant one thing. He no longer cared if Progenitors knew about his existence.

They understood that what Ethan wanted the most was the power to save his wife, so he planned to throw caution into the wind and go all out.

"I can understand why you need to go to Atlantis with Emma and Lilith," Lilian replied. "What I don't understand is why are you not taking me there with you? If we are together, we can unleash a Legacy Resonance. That will make you more powerful, no?

"Or are you telling me that you're afraid that I might get hurt while you risk your life fighting against Progenitors?"

Lilian, who had grown more courageous and bolder, stared at Ethan with determination.
